Tronoh Dredge Hole
The Tronoh Dredge holes was once the location of the biggest bucket dredge in the southern hemisphere. It operated from 1942 to 1954. At the time it was the highest producing dredge in Victoria. Situated in Lions Park, a short distance from Bright Central Business District, the Bright Skate Park is close to a picnic shelter and across the road from Centenary Park. The park includes a six feet high metal half-pipe and a street section with ramps, quarters, rails, ledges and steps. A picnic shelter is located adjacent to the half pipe.
