Harrietville Half Marathon
The Harrietville Half is a running event held along the scenic Great Valley Trail, in the Alpine Region of Victoria. There are four race distances to compete in: The classic 21.1 kilometre (half), 10.5 kilometre, 5 kilometre or 2 kilometre. This is a community event, organised solely by dedicated volunteers, raising money for the Harrietville Primary School and a local youth group.

Bright Alpine Climb – Four Peaks
The Bright Alpine Climb, also known as the Four Peaks Climb, started in 1979 to get walkers into the hills to enjoy the superb scenery the area around Bright has to offer. Lake Guy, Bogong Village
Lake Guy Junction Dam is situated 16 kilometres from Mount Beauty, along the Bogong High Plains Road, and offers a scenic back drop to the pretty Bogong Village.
