Community is everything to them. Since the founder Scott Brandon moved to Bright in the early 2000s and started a little brewery in a tin shed, they have remained 100 per cent family-owned and fiercely independent.
Community Keg takes place on the last Wednesday of every month. On that day, they’ll throw a keg of their award-winning Alpine Lager on the bar for the Community Keg.
How does it work?
1. Grab your friends and family and head down to Bright Brewery from 5:00pm on the last Wednesday of every month!
2. Ask for a pot of Alpine Lager from the Community Keg at the bar.
3. Instead of paying for your beer, you make a donation to the local beneficiary. Donate as much (or as little) as you like – it’s all for the community!
4. Bright Brewery will donate 100 per cent of proceeds from the keg to the chosen group.
