Have you been wanting to expand your knowledge of yoga and work with the more subtle practices outside of asana (the shapes we make on our mat)? Have you been curious about the breathing techniques, the internal energetic locks we use often during asana or pranayama practice, or how these tools can support your practice and your life?
Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Bandhas (energetic locks) are an incredibly important, powerful and accessible inclusions in the practice of Tantrik Hatha Yoga.
This masterclass will focus on sharing the key elements of these important and powerful tantrik practices. Exploring how these practices can be used to support us in our daily lives. You will dive into different pranayama techniques that can be used to empower or calm, and bandhas to work with our subtle/energy body to support your energy and your being.
Suitable for those completely new to these practices or yogins wishing to deepen their knowledge of these powerful aspects of yoga.
This masterclass will be guided by experienced yoga teacher and Bright Yoga Space co-creator Emily Rose.
